Roster Calendar View

When you login to Care Diary and go to Roster using the left menu, you should see your main view of the roster which looks like above. (If you have not added any shifts to your roster, you will see "There are no shifts to display" message.

If you prefer to view your roster by staff, then just click on the dropdown in the top left corner

and select Staff

Then you will see roster by Staff

If a staff has shift overlap then those shifts will be highlighted in red colour

You can view total hours by day or staff/participant

Shifts without a staff member can be viewed in Vacant Shift row in the staff view

If a shift has no participant then those shifts will be highlighted in orange colour
