If you cannot remember your password, request a reset link by email. You finish setting the new password on the Care Diary website, even if you started from the mobile app.
Request a reset link
On the login page, select Forgot Password?
Enter the email address for your Care Diary account.
Select Send reset link.
Open the email titled Reset your Care Diary password. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your junk or spam folder. See also I am not receiving the reset password email?.
Set a new password
Select Reset Password in the email, or copy the link into your browser.
Enter your New Password and Confirm Password (at least 6 characters).
Select Reset password.
Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.
