Sign in to Care Diary with the email and password for your account. If you belong to more than one company, you choose which one to open after you sign in.
On the website
Open the Care Diary login page.
Enter your Email and Password.
Select Sign in.
If you are asked to Select your company, choose the company and select Continue.
If the company uses two-factor authentication, enter the 6-digit code from your email and select Verify. See Sign in using 2FA.
In the Care Diary app
Open the Care Diary app.
Enter your Email address and Password.
Select Log in.
If prompted, choose a company and select Continue.
If prompted for a verification code, enter the 6-digit code from your email and select Verify.
