1. Goto the Care Diary login page and click on Forgot Password?

2. You will be prompted to enter your email address and then click Send reset link.

3. Click the reset password link in the email you receive, which will take you to the reset password screen in your web browser. (If the link click is not working, then copy the URL and paste it into your web browser)

4. Enter a new password in the fields shown and click Reset password.

5. You may now return to log in to Care Diary with your new password.
