Creating a team in Care Diary

Login to the Care Diary login page and go to Staff > Teams using the left menu.

Once you are on that page, you will find the Add button in the top right corner.

Click on the Add button and a new page will open where you have to enter the team's name, staff(s) and client(s).

Then click on Create button, and if you wish to allow staff members to ONLY read and create records for the participants who are assigned to their team then you have to go to the Settings button which is on the top right corner, turn this feature toggle on and click on the Save button.
