Support workers can open a participant’s upcoming appointments and activities from a shift in the Care Diary app (when your app version includes Participant Schedule).
Steps
Open the Shifts tab.
Open a shift to view Shift Details.
Under Participants, select the participant.
On Participants Details, select the Schedule tab.
Events are grouped under headings such as Today, Tomorrow, or a date. If nothing is coming up, you may see Nothing Scheduled.
Select an event to open Event details, including type (Appointment or Activity) and any Staff instructions.
The list focuses on upcoming events (about the next 90 days).
