Feeds are company announcements shared with staff. In Care Diary, they appear as Posts.
A post can include a title, message and attachments. You can also require staff to acknowledge that they have read it.

Who can do what
Staff with a staff profile can view posts shared with them.
Users with permission to create posts can publish announcements and choose the audience.
Users with permission to update posts can edit content, view acknowledgement progress and send reminders.
