Timelines in Mobile App

The Timeline feature allows staff members to view a participant’s reports such as ABC logs, doctor visits, blood glucose logs and other records in one place.

  1. Open the Care Diary dashboard and search for “Mobile App” in the search bar.

  2. Click on the result and go to the “Timeline Access Range” section, then select the required time range such as Last 24 Hours, Last 7 Days, Last 14 Days or Last 28 Days.
    ​

  3. Open the Care Diary mobile application and select a shift to view the participant.
    ​

  4. Click on the participant from the shift details screen to open their details.
    ​

  5. The “Recent Activity” section will show the reports based on the selected time range.
    ​

  6. Click on “View All” to see all the reports created within that selected time range.
    ​

  7. To view the full details of any report, click on the activity card and the complete information will open.
    ​

  8. If you want to filter the reports, click on the filter icon on the top right corner and select the required options.
    ​

  9. You can filter by report type or date by using the search bar or selecting from the available categories and date picker.
    ​

  10. After applying the required filters, click on the “Apply” button to see the filtered results.
