Staff Self Document Upload

In the latest update of Care Diary mobile app, staff members can now upload their documents directly from the app. To use this feature, the required permission must be enabled.

  1. Go to the Care Diary dashboard and search for “Mobile App”, then click on the result.


  2. From the Mobile App Rules page, enable the “Enable Staff Self Document Upload” option. Once enabled, staff members will be able to upload documents from the mobile app.


  3. After enabling the option, open the Care Diary mobile application.

  4. Go to the Settings page by clicking on the settings icon from the bottom tab.

  5. Click on the “Documents” option under the Account section and you will be redirected to a new page.

  6. The “Add Document” button will be visible only if the permission is enabled from the dashboard.

  7. In the documents list, only the required documents will be shown. Click on a document to upload it, fill in all the required details, attach the document and submit it.

  8. If you want to upload an additional document that is not listed, click on the “Add Document” button, select the document category and type, add the attachment and save it.
