Install Mobile App from play store / App store.
Open the app and fill your login details, you will able to see the clock in option before your shift starts.
To begin your shift, click on the shift and tap on Clock In button.
If this is the first time, the app will ask for location permission. Please click on Allow so your current location can be fetched. If location is not fetched, click on Retry.
If permission is denied, go to mobile settings, enable location access for Care Diary app, then restart the app and try to clock in again.
If your shift requires Face ID or photo verification, the app will ask for camera permission. Please click on Allow and complete the face/photo verification before clocking in. If permission is denied, go to app settings, enable camera access and restart the app.
Then restart the app and try to clock in again.
After completing the required steps, click on Clock In button and your shift will start. You can fill the progress notes by just clicking on that shift.
To complete your shift, go to the shift details or dashboard screen and click on Clock Out button.
If progress notes are mandatory and not completed, a popup will appear. Click on Add, complete the progress notes and then proceed to clock out. Clock out will only be allowed once all required progress notes are completed.
After clicking on Clock Out button, you will see that your shift is marked as complete.
