Care Diary allows you to show extra information to your staff while they are creating or editing data in a form using a feature we call resources. There are three types of resources you add to a form. 1) Text 2) Link 3) Attachment. You can also assign the same resource to multiple forms.
Create and assign resources to a form
Login to the Care Diary login page and go to Settings > Resource using the left menu and click on Add button in the top right corner
On create resource page, you will see a simple form using which you can create different types of resources for different forms.
Click on the Create button on the Bottom Right Corner
View assigned resources
In order to view the assigned resources, you have to go to the form you assigned resources to. (In our case, Go to -> Reporting -> ABC Logs)
Click on Add or try to edit an existing record and you should see all the assigned resources in the top right corner. You can now click on any resource to view the information about that resource.
