Receiving Notifications
You will receive notifications whenever there is a change in your shift or when a new shift is assigned to you.
If notification permissions are enabled, you will receive pop-up alerts on your device.
Click on the notification to open the relevant page and view the shift details.
Depending on the type of update (such as recurring shifts), you may be redirected to different screens within the app.
If Notification Permission is Not Enabled
If notifications are not enabled, you will not receive pop-up alerts, but you can still view notifications inside the app.
Click on the “Bell” icon at the top right corner of the app to view notifications.
The number on the bell icon shows how many notifications are unread.
Click on any notification to view its details.
To mark a notification as read, swipe it to the right and click on the green button.
To delete a notification, swipe it to the left and click on the red button.
Manage All Notifications
To mark all notifications as read, click on the “Mark all as read” button and confirm the action.
To delete all notifications, click on the “Delete All” button and confirm.
Make sure you review notifications before deleting them, as this action cannot be undone.
If there are many notifications, you may need to repeat the process to clear all of them.
