Log in to Care Diary and go to the Progress Notes section for the shift or participant you are working on.
Write Your Notes
Enter your notes in the text box as you normally would. You can write in simple or rough English — the AI will improve it for you.
Click on "Improve with AI"
On the bottom-right corner of the notes box, you will see a button labelled Improve with AI.
Clicking this button will automatically:
Correct grammar and spelling
Improve vocabulary
Make the note clearer, more professional and easy to read
Maintain the original meaning of your entry
A preview screen will appear showing the improved version of your note.
Review and Modify
You can review the AI-generated note
Make any edits if needed
Ensure the details are accurate
Save Your Note
Once you are satisfied, click Save.
Your enhanced progress note will now be saved in the system.
